Cyril Clocher

Cyril Clocher is Senior Director of the Automotive Product Line at Renesas Electronics, where he is responsible for automotive semiconductor solutions for next-generation vehicle systems. His work includes advancing automotive compute platforms that enable software-defined vehicles (SDVs), built on scalable in-vehicle architectures and high-performance processing technologies. Clocher brings almost three decades of experience in semiconductor with expertise in global business and product roadmap development, strategic planning, channel development, and key account management across semiconductors, processors, video, vision, and automotive technologies. Prior to joining Renesas, Clocher held multiple management positions at Texas Instruments, working in automotive processing, embedded systems, and product management. His background spans both technical and commercial responsibilities, supporting the development and deployment of automotive semiconductor solutions. He holds a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Claude Bernard University in Lyon, France.
