Beyond the bottleneck: Enabling high-confidence quantitative workflows in routine LC-MS/MS laboratories
Routine and applied mass spectrometry laboratories are under constant pressure to deliver defensible, high-throughput quantitative results while meeting increasingly stringent regulatory and operational requirements. From biopharma QA/QC to environmental and food testing, success is measured not only by sensitivity, but by uptime, reproducibility, traceability, and cost control.
In this presentation, we introduce the TSQ™ Certis™ Triple Quadrupole Mass Spectrometer, designed specifically to address routine market needs. The system delivers consistent, linear quantitative performance across broad dynamic ranges while maintaining specificity through robust SRM/MRM transitions. Integrated compliance-ready software supports 21 CFR Part 11 workflows, secure data handling, and full traceability within connected laboratory ecosystems.
We will present multi-day robustness data demonstrating stable response ratios and peak areas across more than 350 injections in complex BSA matrices, as well as system capability exceeding 10,000 injections without source cleaning. Predictive maintenance tools and ready-to-run methods simplify operation, reduce downtime, and enable laboratories to remain productive 24/7.
By combining analytical reliability, operational efficiency, and regulatory confidence, the TSQ Certis MS helps routine laboratories move beyond performance bottlenecks—delivering precise quantitation, reduced false positives, and sustainable cost control at scale.
