A Graduate in Engineering with an MSc Matthew was instrumental in the development of various GIS solutions. In 2007 Matthew moved to the Malta Government IT Agency. He lead the implementation of transformative national projects and executive leadership in the transition to a successful multihelix National ICT Agency. In 2016 Matthew moved to Loqus to provide programme management and advisory services to key clients at various stages of routing and optimisation implementations.
