Maximilian von Medem is responsible for all acquisition and disposal activities for logistics and light-industrial assets in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland at Union Investment Real Estate. Since joining in 2022, he has successfully managed transactions totaling approximately EUR 750 million. Prior to this, he held roles at BEOS AG, where he was responsible for capital deployment, project development and the repositioning of industrial properties across Germany. Maximilian has deep expertise in transaction structuring, project execution, and ESG-compliant investment strategies. He holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Management from Universität Regensburg (IREBS).
