Discussion of the evolution of the European framework for operational transport logistics (e.g. fair competition, legal requirements such as the Supply Chain Responsibility Act/Energy Efficiency Act/impact on manufacturers, shippers & compliance control, shipper/manufacturer requirements & their (side) effects) - also the transformation process from a technical point of view and in the context of generational change as well as the role of women in logistics will be discussed.
