The shortage of skilled workers is a serious problem for the transport and logistics industry. How can the recruitment of professional drivers from abroad be successful? What support do transport and logistics companies need for this? These questions are the focus of the panel discussion “Professional driver - immigration - just do it!”.
The panelists are Patrick Waterlot, expert from the Federal Employment Agency, Katrin Eissler, managing director of Spedition Neuner, Verena Dettendorfer, in-house lawyer at Johann Dettendorfer Spedition, and Dirk Binding, head of division at the German Chamber of Industry and Commerce in Berlin. The event is organized by the Bavarian IHKs.
