Since 2023, the Logistics Cluster Swabia (LCS) has been hosting an annual competition for innovative startups in the logistics sector. The selection of the three finalists takes place in two steps: first, a renowned expert jury evaluates the submissions (step 1). Then, the five best startups present their ideas in a short pitch session at LogiMAT, where the audience selects the three winners of the Logistics Changers competition (step 2).
As part of the session "Logistics Changers – Startups rock logistics!", our three winning startups will present their solutions in detail and engage in discussions with logistics professionals.

Niklas Rapp, Co-Founder & CEO of Avalon Solutions GmbH
To operate electric trucks, logistics companies need charging infrastructure at their own depots and reliable charging points along their routes. Avalon Solutions addresses both challenges with its software: automated charging planning and control at the depot help conserve staff resources and reduce energy costs. Through an integrated booking platform, Avalon connects underutilized depot charging infrastructure with other e-truck operators – enabling reservation, charging, and billing, all via the Merlin charge management software.

Loady is revolutionizing digital collaboration in supply chain logistics by making loading and unloading requirements centrally available in a standardized format. With API interfaces, user-specific views in twelve languages, and precise geodata, Loady enables smooth first and last-mile operations in industrial transport. This allows shippers, consignees, and logistics partners to accelerate their processes, reduce costs, and cut CO₂ emissions – without the chaos of spreadsheets or endless coordination via email and phone.
