Biography
Martin Schneider has been with STARTEAM for 18 years and currently serves as the CTO, overseeing Engineering, Quality, and Research & Development (R&D). With over 30 years of experience in leadership positions, he has worked at renowned companies such as Siemens, Inboard, Sanmina, and STARTEAM. Mr. Schneider brings more than 40 years of professional experience in the PCB industry, where he has held various technical roles, particularly in an international environment with locations in Asia. In recent years, he has focused extensively on new manufacturing technologies, particularly additive manufacturing processes, as well as improving sustainability in production.
