Dr. Pan obtained his doctor degree at the University of Bayreuth. He served then as the lab head of OLED Division in Merck Group, Germany, responsible for developing novel OLED materials incl. small molecule host and guest materials, charge transport materials, and emissive polymer materials. After that, he joined TCL Group as deputy chief engineer, and founded Guangzhou China-Ray Optoelectronic Materials Co., Ltd as a subsidiary of TCL Group, and held the post of the general manager. In March 2020, he founded Zhejiang Brilliant Optoelectronic Technology Co., LTD., and has been serving as the CEO since then.
