The demand for high-performance power electronics in electric vehicles (EVs) is driving the need for advanced assembly technologies that combine high thermal efficiency, mechanical reliability, and production yield. This presentation addresses a novel sintering approach for molded power modules directly onto heatsinks, enabling high-yield manufacturing.
