The solution builds an automotive aftersales knowledge graph on Amazon Neptune, integrating repair manuals, fault cases, expert knowledge, and parts catalogs. It combines Amazon OpenSearch's retrieval capabilities with LLM services (via Amazon Bedrock or third-party providers) to create an intelligent knowledge base. The system offers quick case retrieval, multi-hop reasoning, and repair recommendations, while continuously learning from expert diagnoses. By enhancing fault diagnosis accuracy and speed for technicians, it optimizes service quality and efficiency, leading to improved economic benefits and customer satisfaction.
