Public transport is often reduced to its high costs – its actual economic value usually goes unnoticed. A new study by M-Cube in collaboration with the Technical University of Munich systematically analyses the economic contribution of public transport in Germany for the first time: direct, indirect and social effects. Well-founded scientific arguments as a strong plea for public transport – presented in a short lecture and explored in depth in the subsequent panel discussion.
