PHILIPP ONEL is a solo project from Nuremberg, blending indie, synth-pop, and electronic beats.
Since 2021, Philipp Onel – originally a drummer – has been writing, arranging, and producing his music entirely on his own: hands-on, independent, and with a sound that fuses modern pop sensibilities with a warm 80s-inspired synth vibe.
Every beat, synth and vocal comes from a single source – both in the studio and live on stage.
His debut single “Call My Name” marked the project’s launch in 2021. Since summer 2023, PHILIPP ONEL has been performing live on a regular basis – danceable, engaging, and honest.
