The GTD Comedy Slam takes place regularly in around 20 cities, with more than 200 comedians taking part. This makes it the largest comedy competition in Germany. To mark the IAA, today's event will not be a competition and will instead showcase the funniest comedians who have already won several times. Gaglord and presenter Andy Sauerwein introduces the hottest newcomers and comedians who face a merciless competition. All participants have a maximum of 10 minutes to prove their talent and must adhere to strict rules: no reading, only their own jokes, and maximum humor. Anyone who does not follow the rules will be disqualified. At the end of the evening, the audience decides who will be crowned the winner.
