Saba Azizi is the Head of After-Sales Service Network and Business Development in EMEA at CATL, the global leader in lithium-ion batteries for electric vehicles. With over a decade of experience in the automotive industry, she leads the strategic development and expansion of CATL’s service network across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, ensuring operational excellence and customer satisfaction. Before joining CATL, Saba spent six years at Renault-Nissan-Mitsubishi, where she managed aftermarket procurement and supplier performance. Her work focused on achieving critical KPIs such as zero vehicles off road (VOR) and eliminating back orders, playing a vital role in strengthening supply chain reliability and service quality. Saba is passionate about innovation, sustainability, and building impactful global partnerships. Through her leadership, she supports CATL’s mission to shape a cleaner, smarter future with reliable and forward-thinking energy solutions.
