Xinying Fu

Xinying Fu, born in China, holds a B.Sc. degree in System Engineering from Carinthia University of Applied Sciences. She joined Infineon Technologies Austria in 2019 as a member of the sales team and has been serving as a Product Marketing Manager since 2021, focusing on high-voltage automotive SiC MOSFETs in OBC and DCDC. Additionally, she is leading the launch activities of the CoolSiC™ MOSFET 750V Generation 2, as well as the adoption and innovation of top-side cooling for automotive applications.
