Biography

James Scanlon received his BE in Electronic Engineering at the University College Dublin in 2001. He subsequently completed a M.Eng. in VLSI Systems from the University of Limerick in 2008. James joined Analog Devices, Limerick, Ireland as a graduate engineer in 2001. In 2015 he transitioned to an application engineer’s role in the interface and isolation technology group specializing in EMC and safety certifications. In this role he developed an EMC strategy for the group, providing products, resources and publications to support customers in meeting their EMC end requirements.
