Dr. Vince McNeil

Dr. Vincent McNeil is Director and manager of, NXP’s Powertrain Electrification product Segment Line. He leads a global team that markets, develops, and supports analog products used to build safe and efficient electric vehicles. He has worked at NXP (xFSL) since 2013, and has managed a portfolio of analog products generating > $100 M /year in revenues. Most recently, his team has been focused on development of advanced, functionally safe, isolated high-voltage gate drivers, which are essential to implementing ePowertrains.The 3 generations of HVGDs his team has developed are being successfully used in numerous electric vehicles across the globe. Dr. McNeil has over 25 years of technical and business experience in the semiconductor industry, from advanced R&D, to managing product teams supporting consumer, medical, and automotive applications. Dr. McNeil earned his PhD, Masters, and BS degrees, in Electrical Engineering, all from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
