Christoph Mendt

Christoph has been with Texas Instruments for over 24 years, building one of the most comprehensive careers at the intersection of automotive engineering and semiconductor technology in the EMEA region. He began as an Automotive Field Application Engineer in 2003, partnering with Tier 1 suppliers to enable innovation through advanced semiconductor solutions. In 2009, he stepped into a series of technical leadership roles, engaging directly with Tier 1s and Car OEMs to drive semiconductor adoption across electric powertrains and driver assistance systems. From 2018, Christoph brought together commercial and technical disciplines as Automotive Car OEM Sales and FAE Manager, serving major Car OEMs. In 2022, he deepened his focus on electrification as Car OEM FAE Manager for HEV, Body Electronics and Lighting. Since January 2026, Christoph serves as Car OEM FAE Manager and Field CTO EMEA Automotive at Texas Instruments, leading high-impact initiatives across European automotive sales teams to define cutting-edge automotive products, expand TI's footprint in the automotive market and elevate the technical expertise of TI's teams across the region.
