Alexander Sami

Alexander holds a B.A. in International Management from FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management and UCAM Universidad Catolica San Antonio from 2014. He held several positions in the semiconductor industry covering Sales, Marketing, and Management. After starting with Arrow Electronics in 2014 in a Sales function, he moved to Nexperia after 5 years. There he also covered Sales tasks and took first management responsibility, as well as first interactions with Gallium Nitride (GaN) devices. Beginning of 2023 Alex took over the role of managing the EMEA and India activities at GaN Systems, shortly before the acquisition by Infineon. After the successful integration of GaN Systems into Infineon, he has been part of the newly formed GaN Systems Business Line responsible for different Business and Marketing areas.
