The chip crisis of the last years has very clearly shown the industry-dependency on availability of technology. The hardware shortages by now are removed and the main shortage, which will continue for the foreseeable future, is the shortage of skilled hardware and FPGA developers. 
What if you could expand the capabilities of your embedded software developers, bringing them closer to designing their own hardware peripherals based on their software code? 
Too good to be true? Black magic? No. It’s a matter of providing embedded software developers with the appropriate tools that allow them to migrate their algorithmic code into FPGA-fabric themselves. High-level synthesis has become an established design-approach which allows a time-efficient development cycle with on-par results to hand-coded FPGA designs.
