Lecture description

We will present the use of Ultra-wideband (UWB) technology for wireless communication in the battery pack as a breakthrough technology helping drive the green movement of Electric Vehicles. We will address the challenges that wireless communication in a battery pack faces, and how UWB resolves them. We will share the huge benefits as assembly improvement, energy density increases and weight and cost reduction, along with communication robustness and system reliability. All resulting in improvements to system performance, efficiency, and battery pack cost. We will conclude with advantages on product scalability and 2nd life benefits making UWB the best technology for wireless communications
