Till Richter

Portraitfoto von Till Richter / Ulrike Myrzik Bio Englisch: Till Richter is a partner at architecture firm Auer Weber and has been involved in competition management as well as project implementation at the company's Munich office since 2001. The focus of his project work is on existing buildings, ranging from office and residential buildings to special constructions. Design issues - including in relation to the preservation of historical monuments - are just as important in this respect as matters relating to the structural and technical optimisation of existing buildings. In talks, seminars, and workshops, Till Richter aims to inspire clients and planners about the architectural and ecological potential of building with existing structures. Bio Deutsch: Till Richter ist Partner im Architekturbüro Auer Weber und befasst sich am Münchner Standort seit 2001 im steten Wechsel mit der Bearbeitung von Wettbewerben und konkreter Projektumsetzung. Schwerpunkt seiner Projektarbeit ist das Bauen im Bestand, wobei das Aufgabenspektrum vom Büro- und Wohnungsbau bis zum Sonderbau reicht. Gestalterische Themen – auch in der Auseinandersetzung mit der Denkmalpflege – sind hierbei ebenso im Fokus wie Fragen der konstruktiven und technischen Optimierung von Bestandsstrukturen. In Vorträgen, Seminaren und Workshops verfolgt Till Richter auch außerhalb der eigenen Projektarbeit das Ziel, Bauherren und Planende für die architektonischen und ökologischen Potenziale des Bauens mit Bestand zu begeistern.
