Copyright: Rainer Muranyi // Simone Wörner-Justies studierte Architektur an der Universität in Karlsruhe (KIT) und war anschließend in Zürich für führende Schweizer Architekturbüros tätig. 2020 gründete sie gemeinsam mit ihrem Partner Christoph Justies das Büro Justies Architekten in Freiburg im Breisgau. Sie ist Mitglied des Vorstandes im Architekturforum Freiburg und im Beirat für Kunst am Bau und Kunst im öffentlichen Raum der Stadt Freiburg. Tätigkeitschwerpunkt von Justies Architekten sind Wohnbauten im Bestand, darunter auch das mehrfach ausgezeichnete Projekt Stadthaus in Freiburg im Breisgau. // Simone Wörner-Justies studied architecture at the University of Karlsruhe (KIT) and then worked for leading Swiss architecture firms in Zurich. In 2020, she founded Justies Architekten in Freiburg im Breisgau together with her partner Christoph Justies. She is a member of the board of the Architekturforum Freiburg and on the advisory board for art in buildings and art in public spaces of the city of Freiburg. The focus of Justies Architekten's work is on residential buildings in existing buildings, including the multi-award-winning Stadthaus project in Freiburg im Breisgau.
