Project Manager in 2018-2019 and Technical Director of CARBOCON GMBH since 2019, responsible for R&D in carbon concrete and innovative construction products, as well as planning and implementing the reinforcement of existing structures. Since 2022, Professor at the International University Dresden for the Dual Study Program in Civil Engineering.
