The need for innovative projects in housing construction

Economic efficiency and experimentation are often seen as opposites in architecture. The economics of a project are integrally linked to other aspects of sustainability and thus cannot be separated from the need for innovative projects in housing construction. Using selected realised case studies, the lecture develops an approach that places the topic of sustainability at the centre of architecture.
