The building turnaround in affordable housing

In his presentation, Henri Praeger, founder of Praeger Richter Architekten, presents selected projects for climate-friendly construction in residential buildings. He will highlight the diverse approaches and principles that can lead to the implementation of sustainable construction methods – despite often severely limited financial resources. What all the projects presented have in common is the economically restrictive framework, which requires project-specific solutions to harmonize ecological, economic and social requirements. In addition, Henri Praeger shows that climate-friendly construction in housing cannot be based on a standardized solution.
