High comfort, low impact, climate positive

The approach and process towards CO2-negative building operation is demonstrated using a built and monitored school as an example. The project goal was not only a building with a high level of comfort, but also the compensation of the CO2 rucksack of gray energy over the years of operation; this is achieved through climate-positive building operation.
