Lecture description
We need at least 500,000 to 600,000 new homes in Germany every year; the political target is 400,000 per year, set by the Federal Building Ministry. Solutions are needed to construct buildings in a cost-efficient, time-saving, resource-saving and low-emission manner and to operate them in a largely climate-neutral manner. The foundation is laid by creative and economical concepts for housing construction that will not become a problem for future generations and also meets architectural and urban planning requirements. Rationalization processes at all levels of planning and implementation are shifting the focus to “simple construction” and are also placing manufacturers under an obligation to bring improved and quickly buildable products to the market.
