Infrastructures are the basis for the smooth functioning of society. Maintaining, converting and developing them is one of the most important challenges at the moment. Interdisciplinary planning and integrated construction offer great opportunities to qualify infrastructures as the basis of our public services and to secure Germany as a business location. With the Baukultur Report 2024/25 “Infrastructures”, the Federal Foundation addresses the question of how the necessary transformation to resilient, climate-friendly and well-designed buildings and infrastructural spaces that serve society can be achieved.
