Lukas Romanowski

Copyright: GOLDBECK Lukas Romanowski is a creative thinker and pragmatic implementer. After studying materials sciences, he became a founding member of GOLDBECK's first central innovation company. There, he learned in startup-like structures what innovations are, how they can be implemented, and which obstacles need to be overcome. Over an extended period, he implemented interdisciplinary projects in the construction and real estate industries and actively contributed to the development of GOLDBECK's product and service offerings. In recent years, he has focused on the fields of sustainability and building materials, particularly concrete. As a team manager in GOLDBECK's product development department and in an interface function with the production companies, he is responsible for the establishment and development of GOLDBECK's first own R&D laboratory for innovative concretes, the Concrete Innovation Center (CIC). Lukas' commitment aims to develop and implement sustainable and innovative solutions for the construction industry. Lukas Romanowski ist ein kreativer Vordenker und pragmatischer Umsetzer. Nach seinem Studium der Materialwissenschaften war er als Gründungsmitglied der ersten zentralen Innovationsgesellschaft von GOLDBECK tätig. Dort lernte er in Startup-ähnlichen Strukturen, was Innovationen sind, wie diese umgesetzt werden können und welche Hindernisse zu überwinden sind. Über einen längeren Zeitraum setzte er interdisziplinäre Projekte in der Bau- und Immobilienwirtschaft um und trug aktiv zur Weiterentwicklung des Produkt- und Dienstleistungsangebots von GOLDBECK bei. In den letzten Jahren konzentrierte er sich auf die Themen Nachhaltigkeit und Baustoffe, insbesondere Beton. Als Teamleiter in der Produktentwicklungsabteilung von GOLDBECK und in einer Schnittstellenfunktion mit den Produktionsgesellschaften verantwortet er den Aufbau und die Etablierung von GOLDBECKs erstem eigenen F&E-Labor für innovative Betone, dem Concrete Innovation Center (CIC). Lukas‘ Engagement zielt darauf ab, nachhaltige und innovative Lösungen für die Bauindustrie zu entwickeln und umzusetzen.
