Lecture description

Serial planning and construction are key elements in ensuring high process quality in the construction industry. By leveraging experience, standardization, economies of scale, risk and error reduction as well as improved collaboration and innovation, construction projects can be carried out more efficiently, cost-effectively and with higher quality. However, the implementation of serial processes requires strategic management and continuous adaptation to new knowledge and technologies.
