Dr. Eleni (Nelly) Giannopoulou is a Senior Solution Architect and Product Manager at WINGS ICT Solutions. She graduated from Department of Computer Science and Biomedical Informatics of University of Thessaly (UTh) in 2008. She obtained an Msc in "Advanced Information Systems" from University of Piraeus (2010). She obtained her PhD from School of Electrical and Computer Engineering at National Technical University of Athens (NTUA). She has been actively involved in a number of national and European research and development programs, under FP6, FP7, CEF, ESPA, H2020 and Horizon Europe Frameworks. Her research interests are focused on the field of Information Extraction from textual content using Unsupervised Machine Learning and Deep Learning techniques. She is the Product Manager of the wi.MOVE and wi.LIVE Culture products of WINGS ICT Solutions and the Coordinator of the VITAL-5G project.
