Dr. Hacı Mehmet Güzey is an expert in networked control systems, autonomous vehicles, and intelligent mobility technologies. He earned his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering in the United States and currently serves as an Associate Professor at Sivas University of Science and Technology in Turkey. As the founder of Ada Guzey Engineering, Dr. Güzey leads cutting-edge R&D projects focused on 5G-based vehicle communication, digital twins, and hybrid control systems. With two successful projects under the European-funded TARGET-X program—HybridCAVs and RTwin-CAV—he has contributed to the development of scalable, low-latency, and AI-integrated autonomous mobility platforms. His work bridges academia and industry, aiming to accelerate smart transportation solutions across Europe.
