Anika has a Bachelor's degree in Biomimicry and a Master's degree in Production Engineering. She started her career at BIAS in 2018 as a research assistant in the field of surface technology and additive manufacturing of metals. Since 2023, she is responsible for Industry and Networks at BIAS. In this position, she is focusing on transferring the latest research results into industrial applications
