Object detection and picking with AI-driven vision systems via OPC UA

Lecture description

In this presentation, we demonstrate how AI-based object recognition and robotic picking can be integrated into industrial environments seamlessly using OPC UA. We show how machine vision systems can identify and locate objects in a box and acquire real-time machine data via OPC UA. This object information is then transferred to the SCADA system, enabling efficient process control and transparency. This solution highlights the potential of OPC UA in uniting robotics, machine vision and industrial communication.
