Prof. Dr. Kristin Reiche

Kristin Reiche is a Professor of Digital Molecular Medicine at IT:U and leads the Department for Medi-cal Bioinformatics at Fraunhofer IZI. Through her research focus on digital solutions and computational models that integrate data from molecular biology, she aims to make medicine more personalized and effective. She studied Computer Science (major) and Medical Informatics (minor) at Leipzig University, where she also completed her PhD in Bioinformatics. Kristin Reiche serves as Principal Investigator on multiple research projects and coordinates the Horizon Europe project CERTAINTY — A cellular immu-notherapy virtual twin for personalised cancer treatment
