Marcelina is the CEO of EfficiencyTactics ApS, an AI upskilling, strategy and advisory company, providing 1:1 AI coaching for senior leaders, AI team trainings, change management and strategic advisory. Marcelina mentors startups (among others via DTU Skylab) and is an Author of 2025 limited edition book "It starts with vision - A guide to navigating AI transformation across people, leadership, and life sciences companies". Marcelina is a former Director of AI & Digital R&D Strategic Initiatives in Genmab, has 13 years of Pharma and Biotech experience across Biostatistics, Project and Portfolio Management, Leadership, Commercial and Innovation roles, and holds a Masters in Mathematical Modelling & Computation from the Danish Technical University.
