Jan Kirchhoff

Jan Kirchhoff is co-founder and CEO of medicalvalues GmbH, a Germany-based digital health company focused on AI-driven diagnostic decision support systems and workflows. Together with his co-founder and an interdisciplinary team of more than 40 professionals from medicine and information technology, he develops solutions that integrate clinical expertise, research evidence, and real-world data to support earlier and more precise disease detection and to improve clinical decision-making. Jan Kirchhoff holds an Executive MBA and is a trained business IT specialist. Prior to founding medicalvalues, he gained extensive experience in consulting and enterprise software sales at SAP, where he worked with international clients in the life sciences and chemicals industries, most recently as Global Account Manager for BASF. He subsequently served as Head of Sales DACH at the Finnish open-source company Aiven. Alongside his entrepreneurial activities, he is pursuing research on pricing models for AI-based diagnostic decision support systems, focusing on value-based and outcome-oriented approaches.
