Dr. Tobias Eifert

Dr. Tobias Eifert serves as Expert PAT Innovation at Covestro, where he is responsible for the global management of Process Analytical Technology innovations and develops global PAT strategies for Covestro’s core processes. He holds a doctorate in chemistry from RWTH Aachen University with focus on "Process analytical technology and reaction engineering in the field of biomass valorization." His expertise in PAT spans over a decade, starting with his doctorate in PAT and reaction engineering at RWTH Aachen University, continuing as Process Engineer for PAT at Evonik, and is further strengthened by his role as chairman of the board of the joint working party "Prozessanalytik" of GDCh and DECHEM.
