Professional Career:
Since 2005 Several positions held in Analytical Research at Dow in Germany - Core R&D as well as Manufacturing & Engineering.
Current position: Senior Research Scientist R&D.
Current focus areas: Include defining new research strategies, analytical problem solving (production and R&D projects), new technology development (with strong focus on advanced hyphenated technologies like SEC/LC-ICP-MS and/or IC-ICP-MS), as well as coaching of next generation of technical talents.
Current research areas: Usage of SC-ICP-MS for the characterization of Polymeric Microparticles; hyphenation of SEC with ICP-MS for the characterization and quantification of Silicon-organic components; speciation of Vanadium, Chromium etc. via IC-ICP-MS hyphenation.
