Lecture description
The analysis of human proteome in disease contexts slowly transitions to actionable clinical readouts. This talk will show that the increase in precision, sensitivity and speed allows the expansion of proteomics into large population cohorts, patient single cells and the spatial superstructures in tissues. Applications range from ultra deep plasma proteomics in Hand, Foot and Mouth Disease, true multi omic data integration in a sepsis cohort to spatial and single plasma cell proteome mapping in newly diagnosed multiple myeloma patients
