Stephan Gemm is Chief Information Officer and Vice President IT at ElringKlinger AG, a global automotive supplier with 45 locations worldwide. With over 25 years of international IT leadership experience - including roles at SAP, Oracle, and Freudenberg - he is responsible for ElringKlinger’s global IT strategy, cybersecurity, and digital transformation. Stephan is a member of the CIO advisory board at DSAG and was recognized with the 2023 WiWo Award for Best Digital Transformation Project. His leadership is defined by strategic foresight, implementation strength, and a people-centered approach.
