Ralf Blessmann (51) has more than twenty-five years of experience in the automotive and IT industries and has held overall responsibility for leading premium OEMs. As a member of Capgemini's Management Board since 2021, Ralf leads the Automotive division in the German organization. He holds a degree in business administration (DHBW) and an Executive MBA (Henley Business School, UK).
