As Head of Sustainability in Supply Chain at ZF Materials Management, Olga Schick-Scheider leads the Supply Chain Sustainability team, driving the integration of human rights due diligence across ZF’s complex, multi-tiered global supply networks. Since July 2025, Olga represents ZF on the RSCI Board, advocating for scalable, industry-wide solutions to meet regulatory requirements under the German LkSG and the upcoming EU CSDDD.
