Henning Block is a Partner at Rothschild & Co and Head of the Debt Advisory & Restructuring division in the DACH region. Henning Block advises companies, creditors, and other stakeholder groups across all industries on complex financings, restructurings, and M&A transactions with a focus on new financings, refinancings, balance sheet restructurings, corporate acquisitions/divestments as well as on distressed M&A transactions. Henning Block has also several years of international experience which he gained working abroad in London and New York. He studied Industrial Engineering and Management at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT).
