Georg brings over 30 years of industry experience spanning embedded software engineering, business leadership, and strategi consulting, with extensive expertise in Infotainment, safety-critical systems and ADAS development that offers unique insights into the future of mobility. Before joining Microsoft, he held key positions at Volkswagen Group, McKinsey, Luxoft, and Wind River Systems, pioneering automotive software including the first GENIVI and
Android-based infotainment systems for production vehicles. Georg holds a diploma in electronics from the renowned Technical University of Karlsruhe (KIT).
