Dr. Frank Spennemann is responsible for charging solutions related to energy at Mercedes-Benz Mobility AG. He is a strong supporter of vehicle grid integration (VGI). Since 2016, he has been gaining experience in the value of battery flexibility as managing director of a company for stationary second-use storage systems. Now he is pushing to unlock this value for mobile batteries in cars as well.
