Biografie

Aymen Ismail is Director Customer Services at smart Europe GmbH. In this role, he oversees customer engagement and aftersales operations across European markets, with a focus on developing scalable, technology-supported service models centered around the customer experience. Aymen joined smart in 2020 as part of the founding team, contributing to the setup of the Customer Engagement Center and service infrastructure in more than 15 markets. He previously led the Customer Engagement Solutions department, with responsibilities spanning digital-assisted sales, contact center operations, and roadside assistance services. Before joining smart, Aymen held various roles at the Mercedes-Benz Customer Assistance Center in Maastricht, where he worked as Global Product and Program Lead. With over 20 years of international experience across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, Aymen brings broad expertise in customer service and engagement to his role at smart Europe.
